
What do you need or want to change in your life? Where do you start? What do you want your life to look like?
Consider this:
CHANGE
C – Have Courage to face the unknown. You aren’t alone. Just take one step, then the next step. ??
H – Be Honest with yourself.
A – Attitude – Have a positive mindset even when it is hard.
N – Needs – What is the first habit that you want to change? Money habits? ? Eating better? ?
G – Goals – Think about the dreams that you may have had in the past or dreams that you currently have. Write your dreams down. What is important to you? What are your values? Your values are the ideas that you believe are important in the way you live, work and play.
E – Encourage – Find a friend or family member that will support and encourage you in making changes to grow into the best person that you can be.
