
How do you start your mornings? Are you angry? Are you happy?
Consider this:
GRATITUDE
G – Have Grace with yourself and others. You don’t know what happened to the other person this morning.
R – Respect a person’s boundaries.
A – Attitude – Have a positive mindset.
T – Trust – Trust in God’s plan for you and ask Him for wisdom in making choices throughout your day.
I – Impact – What is important to you? What are your values? Do you want your life to have meaning?
T – Teachable – Learn something new every day. Start with something simple like learning a new word. Consider reading a book about someone’s personal growth journey.
U – Understand – Everyone has different opinions. Seek to understand why they have this opinion. They may have been raised differently or in a different country.
D – Desire – Do you want to change?
E – Encourage – Help one another. Find support in making changes and growing into the best person that you can be.
Take the next step, make some changes in your life. Be grateful. Consider prayer or meditation first thing in the morning to set the tone for your day. Get up 15 minutes earlier in the morning. Taking 5 – 15 minutes will make a huge difference!
